Privacy policy
How we handle personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Last updated: 3 July 2026.
What we collect
We collect as little personal information as possible. The only routine collection is through our contact form, where we ask for your name, email address and message so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not require you to create an account, and our toolkits are ungated by default.
How we use it
We use the details you give us solely to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to keep a record of correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and consent
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Non-essential analytics and cookies are off by default, and are only enabled if you opt in. You can change your choice at any time. We do not place personal information in URLs or query strings.
Security and data residency
Personal information is transmitted over HTTPS and handled with least-privilege access. We prefer Australian hosting and storage for personal data. Where any processing occurs offshore, for example email delivery, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with APP 8.
Australian Privacy Principles
This site is operated consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to make a complaint. To do any of these, pleasecontact us.
Questions
